Firstly I apologise in advance to all Vegans out there, whom I have the utmost respect for your dedication and perseverance. I loved the idea. Theoretically I loved it. In practise, the Fusionistas and chefs tried their best. The vegan food were refreshing designed, new ideas, new tastes and totally delicious till I was even looking forward to my breakfast salads. Ah, but to provide alternatives or allowed additions was not a good idea for fickle and weak minds. Swathed in a cotton robe all day, between spa treatments and food, I would have thought vegan meant vegging out.
Danang’s beaches are pristine. I hear that the ocean is taking it back. Inch by inch. Who will win? Neptune or the numerous new developments coming up at her shores. With Vietnam’s accelerated constructions, it will soon be too much for any beach to handle.
In the meantime, Fusion Maia is a truly a Gem.
